UKD MAKINA was founded in 2000 and first activity field was mold production of several automotive and agricultural appliances. Today UKD MAKINA provides variable casting parts and their molds in 3600 m^2 closed area at Istanbul.
UKD MAKINA continues to casting operations with 4200 kN (400 tons – up to 5 kg.) and 7700 kN (750 tons – up to 10 kg.) locking force high pressure die casting machines. Total of casting capacity has reached to 4000 tons/year with outsource casting suppliers. In 2017 actual inhouse casting capacity was over 1000 tons.
Company production culture is based on the ground of toolmaking production experience. Every kind of die casting molds, jigs and fixtures, trim tools, casting equipments, various production machines and various molds are the projects we have achived recently.
UKD MAKİNA has flexible capabilities to provide variable batches. Between small and huge quantities we delivered millions of parts which fits the needs of customers.
